Inspired by Nina and her Meadow series on her new blog. I love the colors she used - brown, pink, aqua, and lime. To make the ribbon ties, I first put a length of ribbon all the way around and secured it behind the mat layer. Then I cut two smaller pieces and tied them each in a knot on either side of the scallop oval.
