Carolers Ornament
I have several of these retired SU porcelain ornaments, so I thought I'd get them out to play along in a fun challenge among the A Muse/Elzybells teams. I wasn't thinking and went straight for my Staz On ink (it "stays on" right?), then remembered after stamping that it doesn't play well with Copics or Sharpies (smeary mess) - doh! Ultra Clean to the rescue - it took the Staz On off the ornament which gave me a clean slate to start over - whew! So then I used Brilliance Graphite black and heat-set it which worked better.
BTW, the new A Muse Valentine images are up over on the A Muse news blog! Oh, and also check out Becky's new blog!

Oh, that's so cute! I might have to try this!
I can not believe you Em. I'm on a short break and I just finished making a card with the carolers. I Love this idea. You are always up to something craft woman! I totally love this and want to make one so so bad. Where do you recommend me looking for the porcelin piece???
Oh this is so cute!
Thanks! Tami, I want to say I saw something similar at Michael's near the Christmas ornaments - in the area where they have the clear glass balls and etching cream?
Thanks for your question Erin! Ultra Clean is a stamp cleaner made by Stewart Superior.
Oh as far as where to get it - there are online shopping links on the www.stewartsuperior.com website or try your local stamp store. :)
This is too cute! I wish I had some of those ornaments to try! I will have to find something else to work with.
PS - you've been tagged! (blame Geeta- she made me do it ;)

Have a nice day!
Tami - I was at Michael's today and those ornaments I saw weren't the same - they were plaster and were shapes instead of a flat surface for stamping. I'll let ya know if I see anything similar anywhere!
Oh, EM! This is so lovely!
Too cute!! I love these porcelain ornaments and think they look so professional looking!
