A quick card to welcome our new neighbors. To make the background, I stamped the images first, then masked them and used post-its to mask off a square around them. Then did poppin pastels using Versamark (DTP) and SU Pastels. When you remove the post-its, you have a perfectly "painted" room! I thought about coloring the couch, but decided it looked very calm, crisp and clean this way (not something you usually see when you have kids and pets - lol!)
Images by A Muse, SU Mellow Moss, white cardstock, Palette Hybrid ink in Noir and Burnt Umber, Versamark, SU Pastel Chalks, sponge dauber, Prismacolor markers in Cinnamon Toast and Wheat, dimensionals.
