Super Fun!

My brother drew comic strips when we were kids, but I'm pretty sure this is my first. And I hafta say it was SO super fun to create! I thought about buying a comic book and ripping a page out to use as the background, but I thought it would be more fun to create my own. So here you have Boris, the mad scientist, plotting to take over the world... when Superwoman arrives, foils his plan, and saves the day. All images are A Muse. Text is hand-lettered. Paper and markers are SU (except for red which is Prismacolor and CM for the black journaling pen). To create the "BAM" star bubble in the bottom panel, I punched a mega scallop oval out of scraps and used it as a template to draw the points around the star. I just could not wait to share this with you and it made me *giggle* when it came together as I imagined it. Sentiment inside says "Have a Super Day!" Hope you are all having a fabulous labor day weekend!
